file icon Blue Neonhot! Hits: 37

Futuristic and crunchy. A featured track on the Ohm Force website. Ohm Force is a software developer whose wonderfully bizarre audio effects I use in many of my compositions.

file icon Citadel Ascent Hits: 20
Symphonic and emotive. Inspired by the novel Follow the Cowherd Boy by J.A. Joshi, and now used as the soundtrack to a trailer for the book on YouTube, which I created in collaboration with the author.
file icon Forest Floor Hits: 17
Organic and energetic. Used, along with Citadel Ascent, in the soundtrack to a community-created Uru video which is now on YouTube. This track was inspired by the concept art of Stephan Martiniere.
file icon Jungle City Hits: 20
Enigmatic and exotic. Featured in The Cavern Today podcast 20 (a Myst community project), which can be downloaded here or found on iTunes.
file icon Lambinghot! Hits: 26
Even more bizarre than Panther Track, I couldn't resist setting to music a reading by Acclivity of William Blake's The Lamb. I also added a recording of NoiseCollector at age two and a half, to play the lamb.
file icon Lunar Birds Hits: 14
Haunting companion piece to Ocean of the Sun. Originally composed for the theatre production 'Lapses' by Fergus Cooper, with whom I also collaborated on Metal Pony.
file icon Metal Pony Hits: 8
A fun collaboration with lyricist and playwright Fergus Cooper. The child's voice comes from an old cassette recording of Fergus, in which he invented a story about a pony that had been turned into metal by aliens.
Previously-unreleased bonus track from the album Craft Design + Technology, sung by Maddie Cole. Other songs from the album are available in the store.
file icon Multiverse Hits: 24
Visionary sequel to Lunar Birds. I'm grateful to Kong Audio for generously providing ChineeNanxiao, one of the lead instruments in the track.
Meditative and intense. The densely-textured character of this track was created using granular synthesis. Themes here are explored and expanded in Lunar Birds and Multiverse.
file icon Panther Track Hits: 24
A strange little story. Companion piece to 'Metal Pony', featuring audio by Acclivity. I chopped up an interview with Olga about growing up in India, adding music and some eccentric sound design.
file icon Pilgrim Hits: 11
Wistful and orchestral. Composed for the computer game 'Professor Catawampus and his Wild West Adventure', directed by Patrick Ellis of the Silver Knights Alzheimers Charity.
Dark and atmospheric. Somewhere between ambient music and disconcerting sound design, this is inspired by the work of multitalented Robyn Miller. Thanks also to Pete Thomas for the rainstick sample.
file icon Skyward Hits: 10
From The D'ni History Puzzle computer game. Also used as the soundtrack to a trailer video for the computer game Search for the Springs of Kehlbet.
file icon Walking On Ice Hits: 21
Sparkling and cavernous. Inspired by the evocative soundtrack work of Tim Larkin, this track showcases ambient sounds designed by Spectrasonics.

This is the climax of the album, where all the different elements come together and reach fulfillment. I felt a tangible sense of hope and completion - it's a great track to put on repeat and stay in warrior pose while doing yoga. There's power in the music.
